The 25-year plan is about teaching students how life inside different communities, regardless of color with cooperation from each other, can address specific issues that are inevitable within every community regardless of color within that community.
Inside society the different and truly diverse issues that exist, effects every individual inside their community and in time will affect the community's viability. The issues of life we all face are issues that begin for everyone, starting with their formal education in kindergarten.
Which is why the 25-year plan begins with the "student" starting their "Formal Education" in kindergarten, by introducing the students to the animation of “Lil Sherm’s World… of Possibilities” The goal of “Lil Sherm’s World… of Possibilities” is to target children K thru 7th grade, through the world of “Educational” Animation.
We believe the “Possibilities” of how to reach and help guide “All” students in their General Educational Objectives is easier obtainable if started as early as Kindergarten.
Within the inner-city/rural area Public School System, the preparing of these students K-12 for their immediate future becomes endless through the World of Animation that is specifically meant to prepare them for their next steps forward!
Lil Sherm’s World… of Possibilities/Think Tank - is where different ideas and opinions can come together for better learning opportunities.
The purpose of this "Think Tank" is to address the many issues that have been allowed to become a (un)natural part of living life in these United States of America.
Ridiculous issues that children in general deal with inside and outside their home, trying to grow into adults and the children here and abroad should not have to continue going through unnecessary tragedy and pain. It's not a Black or White thing!
I am hoping to help influence in positive ways at the "Beginning" of the “Educational Journey” for students of “All” colors, by sharing a specific message of inclusion and intent on being able to work and live in peace, respect and understanding of each other.
The 25-year plan begins with specific messages of inclusion for students K-7. The animation of "Lil Sherm's World... of Possibilities" will address issues/ignorance to help students begin to understand that being around different "People" come with community.
The sole purpose of incorporating the animation of "Lil Sherm's World... of Possibilities" in the 1st and 2nd quarter of the learning curriculum is to help prepare these small children to further their “Formal Educational Building Blocks” with Developmental Programs for students in 7th and 8th grade that will focus on “Designed Studies” (Aptitude Tests) that will narrow the students focus on the student’s interest going into high school 9th - 10th grade.
The 25-year plan is about the different possibilities of how “All” students should be able to live and learn without having "Their" story told through the eyes of someone else’s imagination and expect the lessons to be received with any type of relevancy.
Instead, we think the possibilities should be seen through the students’ lives, and the lives of "Their" own "People". “All” children entering Kindergarten, at some point will grow to be Jr’s and Sr’s in high school.
These students should have to go through different “Educational Building Block Programs” that are meant to address many of life's avoidable issues.
Many Issues that have become normal daily negativity (you choose the storyline) that end up becoming today's student complaining tomorrow about... "The Days of our lives.”
There are many graduates of "All" colors from high school living horror stories today, whatever it may be. Because these students did not graduate with the hope or better understanding of what the goal for life should be, if the right steps are taken.
Which means the guidance given to "All" students is crucial.
Just checking: What is the expectation when students of "All" colors become adults and eventually parents of their own children tomorrow?
What are the grown students saying in that moment of parenthood?
Are they, all of a sudden, the parents of today, wanting something that the parents of yesterday (The grown student parents) didn't want for them?
Every student of tomorrow, while going through school should be led to expect to have some influence when they become adults, over the direction of their own lives and the community they live in.
Lil Sherm’s World… of Possibilities/Think Tank / 25-year plan is designed to create productive, inclusive, educational dialog for “Developmental Programs” that actively challenge and encourage children, beginning in kindergarten with the Animation of "Lil Sherm's World... of Possibilities" and continuing with “Designed Studies” in Jr high school, on into high school and beyond.
"Designed Studies" takes what students are learning during their “Formal Education" K – 12 and through “Developmental Programs” students are able to translate what's learned, into the real-world of responsibility.
These (All) students are being prepared for "Their" life, the first day after "Their" high school graduation. The goal is not to give these children an opportunity to play along as they learn "Their" life lessons within "Their" "Formal Education".
But to supply endless opportunities to help these children understand sooner, rather than later, "Their" place and "Their" role in this life, while growing into "Their" life, within Their neighborhood/community.
The Think Tank /25 Year Plan!
